About Anand Quinn

I’m very glad you’re here. I’m an emotional wellness and embodiment coach based in Tuamgraney, County Clare, working with clients throughout Ireland and internationally across Europe, UK, and the US.

Anand Quinn Emotional Wellness and Embodiment Coach Tuamgraney Co Clare Ireland

I work with professionals in Ireland and internationally who are weighed down by inner struggles like perfectionism, harsh self-criticism, people-pleasing, self-doubt, overwhelm, or living according to the demands of others rather than their own authentic needs.

If you’re here, you’re likely someone who thinks deeply, cares about personal growth, and knows something needs to shift. You might be tired of the relentless inner critic, exhausted from always putting others first, or feeling disconnected from yourself and what truly matters. You’re not faulty, you’re ready for transformation.

My own wellness journey began in November 1999 when I first read Scott Peck’s The Road Less Travelled. I was 28, recently divorced, and raising my two-year-old son alone. I was lost and felt hopeless. When I read that book it had a profound effect on me because it spoke to the spiritual side of me and it was my first stepping stone to a life of inner richness. It is a journey I continue today.

Over the last 25 years my life has changed beyond anything I could have imagined in 1999. My inner growth journey took some turns so I didn’t get here by positive thinking alone. I struggled with addiction, a harsh inner critic, self-distrust, perfectionism, and people-pleasing. I know intimately what it’s like to feel weighed down by these patterns and to wonder if real change is ever possible.

The biggest shift for me came through meditation. In 2012, when I was deeply depressed, optimism whispered that perhaps there is more to life than ongoing misery. While I had done therapy and read many self-help books, my next step led me to meditation. Although at the time those few minutes of sitting silently, watching my breath, felt alien and scary, I always felt better afterwards.

This eventually led me to Osho and his incredible OSHO Active Meditations, which I practice daily and have been facilitating for over 10 years. I get the wonderful joy of being a facilitator for OSHO International Online (OIO), where I share courses on being more present in daily life with people worldwide. For me, these techniques and his teachings are the mainstay of my practice, and I continue to have experiences beyond anything I could have imagined.

What I learned through my own journey is that transformation happens when we work with the whole of ourselves: mind, emotions, and body. We can’t think our way out of patterns that live in our nervous system. We need embodied practices that help us access, feel, release, and integrate new ways of being.

This is why I became the coach I am today. I want to create a space where people can do the deep inner work I did, but with support, structure, and practices tailored for their unique struggles.

Through our work together, I bring a unique integration of three powerful modalities:

Emotional Wellness Coaching

I’m an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation (ICF). Coaching provides goal-oriented, compassionate support that helps you gain clarity, set intentions, and take meaningful action. We explore your patterns, identify what’s holding you back, and co-create a path forward that feels authentic to you. This isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong”, it’s about uncovering the inner riches that already live inside you.

Trauma-Informed Somatic Practices

I’m trained as a trauma-informed facilitator (Train the Trainer certified), which means I understand how the nervous system responds to stress and past experiences. We work with body-based (somatic) practices that help you connect with the body, access its felt sense and hear its wisdom beyond your thinking mind so you receive valuable insights.

Our bodies hold so much information such as patterns of tension, habitual reactions, suppressed emotions. Many of our struggles with perfectionism, people-pleasing, and self-doubt aren’t just mental, they live in our bodies. Learning to listen to your body and respond to it creates profound shifts. We work at a pace that feels safe for you, honoring your body’s signals and needs.

Meditation & Mindfulness

With over 10 years of facilitating meditations, mainly OSHO Active Meditations and other Osho meditations, I bring guided practices and mindfulness techniques that help you connect with your inner wisdom, calm your nervous system, and create space between your thoughts and reactions. These aren’t passive practices; they’re active tools for transformation that you can integrate into your daily life.

This integrated approach means we’re not just talking about change, we are creating it using your mind, emotions, and body together. Each session is tailored to where you are and what you need most.

I work with thoughtful, self-aware professionals who are ready to change their relationship with themselves. You might be coming to coaching because you’re experiencing:

  • Perfectionism – Setting impossibly high standards and never feeling “good enough”
  • Harsh Inner Critic – A relentless voice that judges and criticises everything you do
  • People-Pleasing – Saying yes when you mean no, prioritising others’ needs over your own
  • External Expectations – Forcing yourself to meet what others want from you instead of what you want
  • Comparison – Constantly measuring yourself against others and feeling inadequate
  • Low Self-Worth – Struggling to believe you’re deserving of good things
  • Self-Abandonment – Ignoring your own needs, feelings, and desires
  • Self-Dislike – Negative self-talk and difficulty being kind to yourself
  • Disconnection – Feeling isolated from others or disconnected from your authentic self
  • Overwhelm – Everything feels like too much and you don’t know where to start
  • Procrastination – Avoiding what matters most because of fear or self-doubt.

If you recognise yourself in three or more of these patterns, coaching can help you transform your inner experience.

Coaching isn’t about fixing what’s “wrong” with you, it is about reframing what you believe about yourself so you can uncover and experience your inner riches that have always been there. Through our work together, you’ll cultivate:

  • Self-Compassion & Kindness – Learning to treat yourself with the same care you’d offer a close friend
  • Courage – Finding the strength to show up authentically, even when it’s uncomfortable
  • Awareness – Understanding your patterns and what truly drives your behavior
  • Playfulness & Creativity – Reconnecting with joy, spontaneity, and creative self-expression
  • Abundance Mindset – Moving from scarcity and “not enough” to seeing what’s already rich in your life
  • Authentic Connection – Building genuine relationships with yourself and others, free from performance and pretence

These aren’t distant goals. They are qualities already inside you that we’ll bring to light through our coaching partnership. The amazing thing is when the inner jewels are accessed and availed of, the outer life changes by itself.

Running alongside my coaching and meditation practice, I work in HR and Employee Relations, which has its own set of challenges. This experience has been invaluable in understanding human dynamics in both on-site and fully remote, global settings. I’ve facilitated group workshops on working with presence, building trust, setting expectations, and retrospectives, as well as managing complex employee relations issues.

This dual perspective means I understand both the inner work of emotional transformation and the practical realities of navigating workplace dynamics, professional relationships, career pressures, and organisational challenges. When clients come to me struggling with workplace people-pleasing, imposter syndrome in their role, or difficulty setting boundaries with colleagues, I understand both the emotional patterns and the professional context.

My career and my love of personal development, meditation, and spirituality means I can provide a bridge between inner transformation with everyday professional life.

Most clients work with me for 8-12 weeks through one of my three coaching packages (Foundation, Transformation, or Mastery). Sessions are 60 minutes and available online via Zoom or in-person in Tuamgraney/Clare area.

We start with a free 60-minute Insight Call where you can share what you’re struggling with, and what you’d love to feel instead. You will get a taste of what coaching with me feels like. There is no pressure or sales, just clarity and connection. You’ll walk away knowing whether coaching is the right next step for you.

Between sessions and with your agreement, you’ll have practices, reflections, and tools to work with. Coaching isn’t just what happens in our sessions but the awareness and shifts you carry into your daily life.
