Welcome, I’m Anand Quinn, an Irish-based emotional wellness and embodiment coach (ACC certified, trauma-informed) working with clients in Ireland and internationally who feel weighed down with inner struggles.

These include perfectionism, overwhelm, a harsh inner critic, people-pleasing, self-doubt, numbing out patterns, or living according to the demands of others to name a few.

I am located in Tuamgraney, Co Clare, and I work with clients throughout Ireland (Clare, Cork, Dublin, Galway, Limerick) and internationally across Europe, UK, and the US.

Breaking free from people-pleasing

One client understood how deeply their people-pleasing at work was draining them. They were exhausted, doom-scrolling and avoiding their own coursework which was impacting their career choices. Through our sessions, they learned how to create boundaries, communicate clearly, and honor their own needs. They now focus on their own work, carry almost no guilt and describe themselves as “the captain of my own ship.” As they dropped their phone use, they saved over €200 a month by removing apps they didn’t need anymore. They no longer escape their problems through their phone but face them head-on.

Reclaiming personal time without guilt

Another client felt guilty taking even a small amount of time for themselves. When we explored how they spent their time on what each week, they saw they only had 5% alone time. This realisation transformed their guilt into clarity and they began carving out personal space that nourished them. That small shift created a huge improvement in their mood, energy, and overall wellbeing, which enhanced both their home life and those around them.

Staying grounded in challenging situations

A client who felt overwhelmed in difficult interactions learned simple body-based practices to stay centered and contained. The result is they now navigate stressful situations with more calm, less anxiety, and no longer take on the needs of others or try to step in and solve things. Their interpersonal relationships have changed on a level they didn’t believe could happen.

This journey is at your pace, and is tailored to your needs. We work with some or all of the following tools with your agreement:

Sessions are typically 60 minutes and available online or in-person in Tuamgraney/Clare area.

What is emotional wellness coaching?

We explore your emotions so you can see and embrace unwanted emotions that are drivers behind the inner struggle you are experiencing. For example, a pattern of people pleasing may be covering over emotions like rage, resentment, or disgust. The more these feelings come up and the more they are buried, the stronger the pattern of people pleasing may show up. We work together at a gentle pace to first see and then embrace the unwanted emotion and how it is linked with your inner struggle. From there we co-create an action plan to navigate the issue you face using a variety of tools and techniques.

What is somatic coaching?

Somatic coaching is a holistic approach that integrates the mind, body, and spirit as one so you can gain insight. What this may look like in practice could be an invitation to explore the sensations in your body and see how they may link with your inner struggle. We constantly receive information from the body which we mostly ignore and this approach is another means of receiving additional insight and information. It can feel alien at the beginning so we go at a slow pace that works for you.

How is coaching different from therapy or counselling?

Coaching focuses on where you are now and is future-focused. In the context of emotional wellness, you may already know the why behind your inner struggle but are frustrated you are still caught in the loop of it. We take that issue and co-create a way forward to move out of it on a sustained basis.

Therapy focuses more deeply on diagnosing, healing, or treating mental health conditions. Coaching does not replace therapy, and if it arises, I may encourage you to get additional support if that is needed at that point.

Do I need prior experience with inner work?

No. The only requirement is an openness and desire to look within, to be willing to go deep as well as being accountable. If you’re not ready to explore emotions or do inner work, this coaching may not be the right fit yet. While we go at a slow pace, we do go deep over time.

Is coaching confidential?

Yes. What you share is kept confidential with the exception of safety or legal requirements. I do not record sessions or use AI note takers, or other AI assisted technologies in our sessions. I keep anonymised case notes and I abide by the ethics of the ICF (International Coaching Federation). Please see my privacy policy for more details.

How will I know if this is right for me?

If you are open and willing to look honestly at your patterns with compassion, coaching with me is likely a good fit. My background includes over 10 years of meditation facilitation, in my case Osho based meditations, HR experience supporting professionals through workplace challenges, and more recently training in somatic and body-based techniques. This combination allows me to understand both the inner landscape of emotional patterns and the outer reality of life and workplace dynamics, communication challenges, and professional pressures.

I came to this work through my own journey with many inner struggles including addiction, self-distrust, a harsh inner critic, perfectionism and people-pleasing. I really know the value and importance of seeing and embracing all the parts of the self and by doing that, I live a more joyful life.
