When we watch our thoughts, sensations or actions, awareness arises and it helps us become more silent.

I’m Anand Quinn, an Irish-based emotional wellness and embodiment coach with over 10 years of experience facilitating meditations for individuals and groups. Meditation is an integral part of my coaching work, and I also offer tailored meditation programmes for workplaces throughout Ireland and internationally.

I am located in Tuamgraney, Co Clare, and work with clients throughout Ireland (Clare, Cork, Dublin, Galway, Limerick) and internationally across Europe, UK, and the US.

Transforming workplace stress into relaxed awareness

One client was in a role they did not enjoy and felt stressed in as it was a chore. Using a variety of meditative techniques and exercises, they were able to transform that dislike into relaxed awareness. They now manage the role better and enjoy work better, bringing a sense of calm to what once felt a drag.

Finding restful sleep through Gibberish meditation

Another client struggled with insomnia and practiced a regular OSHO Gibberish meditation which helped them to relax the mind and sleep better at night. The practice gave them a healthy outlet for mental chatter, allowing their nervous system to settle into rest.

Releasing anger and finding harmony

A client struggled with anger issues and by participating in OSHO Active Meditations and other techniques found a healthy way to release that stored tension and repressed anger. Their life now flows more harmoniously for them, and they have a greater sense of inner peace. They stated that these methods saved “their life”.

It distills the many meditation traditions into six main styles. Using a series of short questions you uncover your own meditation style so you can bypass all the trial and error when it comes to meditating.

What meditation traditions do you draw from?

I draw from OSHO Active Meditations, Osho Book of Secrets and other techniques from Osho, which I’ve been facilitating for over 10 years. I am the founder of Osho Ireland. I also incorporate elements from mindfulness, breathwork, somatic practices and guided meditations I have developed myself. The focus is on finding what works for you and your situation.

Do I need meditation experience to work with you?

No. Whether you’re completely new to meditation, have tried it before without success, or have an established practice, the approach is tailored to where you are now. Many clients in my emotional wellness coaching have never meditated before, and we start simply and build from there.

How is meditation used in your coaching work?

Meditation is one of several tools I use in emotional wellness coaching. It’s integrated alongside somatic practices, emotional awareness work, boundary-building, and nervous system regulation. We use meditation in ways that specifically support your inner struggles, whether that’s perfectionism, overwhelm, people-pleasing, or other patterns. It’s always personalised to your needs.

The overwhelming feedback I receive from clients is that I explain meditations in an easy, step-by-step manner that makes them accessible. More importantly, I share how each specific meditation will support you in your daily life on a practical level. I also understand workplace stress from my 10+ years in HR and employee relations, so I can help you apply meditation to real professional challenges.
