This sound and water meditation can be done anytime. In this guided meditation you listen and receive the sounds of water, music and nature to connect with your center which is two inches below your navel. When you connect with the sounds there, you fall into a deeper silence with yourself and nature.
Starlight Meditation to Connect with Your Magnificence
This night time meditation and if done under a sky lit night even better. In this guided technique you visualise and connect with the stars while being supported and rooted in the earth. You will breath in star light energy and draw it into your heart and fill your entire body with it. This is a night time meditation. In this technique you visualise the full moon rays penetrating all the parts of your body from your head to your feet. It is a slow paced meditation with lots of silent gaps so you can embody the silence of the moon.
