In these workshops you can explore how to bring more presence into daily life through my course with OSHO International Online, or, how to reclaim your attention, time, and space for more intentional living in my FREE Lunchtime Inner Work Series. Both are interactive, both invite you to slow down and look inside, and both support a deeper look into a fulfilling life.

This 6-week course is an invitation to look at how you relate to your daily tasks, and to explore how you can bring more presence, ease, and clarity into them.
Many of us go through the day feeling stressed, rushed, distracted, or on autopilot. Whether it’s washing dishes, studying, caring for others, working in the office or outdoors, we often carry ideas about what “real work” should look like. These ideas can shape how we show up, sometimes leaving us feeling tense, pressured, disconnected, or dependent on approval from others.
Here, we’ll look at these patterns and explore how a small shift inside can make daily life feel more grounded and easeful.

Free interactive lunchtime workshops
Starting February 5, 2026 | First Thursday of each month | 1 hour on Zoom
In an age of complexity, rapid pace and change, there are multiple demands for our attention and time, which impact our choices. This free, interactive lunchtime series will support you to reclaim your attention and time so you can make space for more intentional living on your terms.

Month 1
We explore how your attention is being commodified & ways to reclaim it back for the things you want to do.
Month 2
We look at where your time goes on what & ways to reduce, delegate, pause, or stop the things that do not serve you.


Month 3
We complete this series by reclaiming your space so you can make intentional choices in your life that energise and engage you.

About your Facilitator
I’m Anand Quinn and I offer ACC certified, trauma-informed emotional wellness and embodiment coaching to clients throughout Ireland and internationally. Using a blend of coaching, somatic practices, and meditation, I support professionals to move through inner struggles like harsh inner talk, perfectionism, disconnection or self-doubt so they can uncover their inner richness to gain self-trust, compassion, courage, or authentic connection. I have a background in HR and I have been facilitating meditations with individuals and groups for over ten years.
