These workshops are invitation to bring more presence into daily life. Coming up is OSHO Relating With Eating held via OSHO International Online, or, how to reclaim your attention, time, and space for more intentional living in my FREE Lunchtime Inner Work Series. The next cohort for this is in May. Each of these are interactive and experiential that support you to slow down, look inside, and access your inner richness through the activity.

This 6-week course is an invitation to change how we relate with eating. Often we eat in a distracted, rushed way. We either eat too little or too much.
Eating is a natural activity but for many of us, it isn’t. We carry a whole host of shoulds and should nots around what to eat. Guilt, shame, cravings, diet cycles, and fear of losing control is how many of us relate with food.
This 6-week live online course is not about dieting, weight loss, or following food rules. It is about transforming your relationship with food from the inside out.
Using Osho insights, methods from the Book of Secrets, and fun interactive exercises that involve eating, this course will help you break this cycle and become more connected to a natural way of eating.
Over the six weeks we will:
- Explore our judgements around our eating and how to drop them.
- Look at our eating environment and understand ways to create a connected eating environment.
- Experience eating with more awareness.
- Access our body’s wisdom so we eat the right foods for our individual bodies.
- Understand and transform eating from the mind and food desires.
- Develop a more connected relationship with food, ourselves and feel more gratitude towards food and where it comes from.

In an age of complexity, rapid pace and change, there are multiple demands for our attention and time, which impact our choices. This free, interactive lunchtime series will support you to reclaim your attention and time so you can make space for more intentional living on your terms.

Month 1
We explore how your attention is being commodified & ways to reclaim it back for the things you want to do.
Month 2
We look at where your time goes on what & ways to reduce, delegate, pause, or stop the things that do not serve you.


Month 3
We complete this series by reclaiming your space so you can make intentional choices in your life that energise and engage you.

About your Facilitator
I’m Anand Quinn and I offer ACC certified, trauma-informed emotional wellness and embodiment coaching to clients throughout Ireland and internationally. Using a blend of coaching, somatic practices, and meditation, I support professionals to move through inner struggles like harsh inner talk, perfectionism, disconnection or self-doubt so they can uncover their inner richness to gain self-trust, compassion, courage, or authentic connection. I have a background in HR and I have been facilitating meditations with individuals and groups for over ten years.
