This 6-week course is an invitation to look at how you relate to your daily tasks, and to explore how you can bring more presence, ease, and clarity into them.
Many of us go through the day feeling stressed, rushed, distracted, or on autopilot. Whether it’s washing dishes, studying, caring for others, working in the office or outdoors, we often carry ideas about what “real work” should look like. These ideas can shape how we show up, sometimes leaving us feeling tense, pressured, disconnected, or dependent on approval from others.
Here, we’ll look at these patterns and explore how a small shift inside can make daily life feel more grounded and easeful.
From What to How:
Rather than focusing on what you do, this course looks at how you do it. The aim is to discover how ordinary activities can become moments of presence, an invitation to be a meditation, rather than things to just get through.
We’ll use simple, practical, meditative tools based on Osho’s insights and your own direct experience. The intention is to bring more awareness, totality, and playfulness into everyday life..
Each week includes short meditations, physical and mental exercises, partner work, and everyday scenarios. We’ll explore themes such as:
- What we absorbed about work in childhood
- The difference between being total and being a workaholic
- Bringing presence to tasks we don’t enjoy
- Dealing with distraction and shifting gears mindfully
- Using the breath and body to stay centred
- Meeting “difficult” conversations with awareness
- The gap between perception and fact
- Simple techniques for daily tasks
- Doing and non-doing, activity and rest
- Bridging meditation with everyday living
How it Works:
- Each week includes simple, engaging exercises you can try out between sessions—in your home life, at work, or wherever your “real life” happens. You’ll also create your own action plan, choosing where and how to apply these insights.
- This course isn’t about changing your career or doing more. It’s about discovering a fresh, more conscious way of being with what’s already in your life—and learning that real transformation starts with a small inner shift.
- Week 1: Understanding your work conditioning and how to find ease in any activity.
- Week 2: Moving from “what” to “how” so you can bring totality to all that you do.
- Week 3: Replacing workaholism with playful activity.
- Week 4: Playing with change and from stress to relaxed doing
- Week 5: Releasing the blame game when dealing with “difficult people”.
- Week 6: Conscious communicating
Is This Course for You?
This course may be for you if you often feel:
- Rushed, overloaded, or unable to slow down
- Guilty for resting or “not doing enough”
- Keeping yourself busy to avoid slowing down or being with yourself
- Stressed by change or stuck in fixed ways of doing things
- That your daily tasks lack meaning or joy
- Doubting the value of what you bring because only certain kinds of work were valued
- Caught in blame, frustration, or avoidance when challenges arise
- That something from your past still shapes how you relate to work or life today
- Unable to relax or truly switch off, even after the workday is over
- Struggling to enjoy the small moments in daily life
If any of these resonate, you’ll find practical tools to shift from what you’re doing to how you’re doing it — with more presence, awareness, and ease.
Please note the weekly zoom calls are not recorded due to their interactive nature.
